2 cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup confectioners’ sugar
½ cup melted butter
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
7 ounces shredded coconut
8 milk or dark chocolate bars
Mix together cracker crumbs, sugar and butter and press into un-buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 8 minutes at 325 degrees. Then mix condensed milk with shredded coconut. Spread over crust and bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
Remove from oven and place chocolate bars on top and spread as they melt.
