SLOW COOKER CHICKEN CHILI

Ingredients
3-15 oz. cans cannellini or great northern beans, drained and rinsed
2-3 lbs. raw boneless, skinless chicken breast and/or thigh, cubed
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
2 medium red bell peppers, seeded and chopped
12 ounces diced green chilies
5 cloves garlic, minced
4 teaspoons cumin powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano
½ teaspoon cayenne
3 ½ cups chicken broth

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker; mix thoroughly.
2. Cover; cook on low 10 hours or on high for 5 hours.

Serve over cooked rice.
