DERBY COCKTAIL

2 oz. Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz. Benedictine
2 drops Bitters

Measure the ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
