SAZERAC COCKTAIL

Makes 1 cocktail

2-3 dashes Absinthe
3 oz. Rye Whiskey
4 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
1 tsp. simple syrup
Lemon twist

Chill cocktail glass.

Rinse glass with Absinthe and pour out.

In a mixing glass stir whiskey, bitters and simple syrup with ice for 30 seconds.

Strain into prepared cocktail glass and garnish with lemon twist.
