MASTER OF THE HOUNDS

2 oz. Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz. Cherry Liqueur
2 dashes Bitters

Combine ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry
